- 6/26 – Wednesday (Check in/Skills/Pin Trading/Opening Ceremonies)
- Skills Competitions – Gulfport Sportsplex
- 10:00AM – 3:00PM
- There will be a hard stop at 3:30PM for the skills competitions to ensure that everyone has time to get over to the Biloxi Shuckers Game for Opening Ceremonies!

- Coaches Check In – Gulfport Sportsplex
- Opening Ceremonies – before the Biloxi Shuckers Game on June 26th at 6:00PM
- In order to participate in the Opening Ceremonies Parade teams (including players) must purchase tickets through the tournament host.

- Staging – 5:00pm
- Teams will need to meet at the North East Entrance by the Wiffle Ball Field
- Gates Open at 5:30pm
- Parade will begin shortly after 5:30PM
- 6/27 – Thursday – Gulfport Sportsplex
- Pool Play games begin 8am
- 6/28 – Friday – Gulfport Sportsplex
- 6/29 – Saturday – Gulfport Sportsplex
- 6/30 – Sunday
- Bracket play/Champions will be awarded!
